MASHAV - the Centre for International Cooperation - was founded 40 years ago as part of Israel' Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and is responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of Israel's international development programs. For more information please visit MASHAV Website. |

Since 1958, some 65,000 men and women, representing 130 countries/authorities, have come to Israel to take part in advanced study courses in vast range of disciplines. The courses are conducted as training centers and conducted at training centers and universities. |

Approximately 120 courses and seminars are held annually in five languages - English, French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic. |

In order to participate at these courses you should fill up the application forms. Please note, that application forms for the courses in Russian are available only at the Embassy of Israel to the Baltic States. Graduates of MASHAV courses automatically become members of the "Shalom Club" , established in their own countries. |

Latvian "Shalom Club" was founded in 19 year. Its professional and cultural activites are carried out with the assistance of the Embassy of Israel to the Baltic States. |
